You can make your payment by mail or credit card only.  No cash is accepted.

Your entire months rent is due on the first of every month by 5:00 pm ET

If you are late with your rent you will be assessed a 5% late fee

Maintenance:

Each request needs to be documented either by a faxed request or email. This is used to initiate the process in assigning a vendor to address the problem. At Wayne County Solutions we strive to do our best in addressing maintenance requests.

Repair work that you have done to the property, regardless of prior approval, IS NOT deducted from the monthly rent.

Pets: 

Pets are only allowed with prior written approval and a $30 monthly surcharge added to your rent.

Vacate: 

When a resident is going to vacate a unit, they must give timely notice of their intent to vacate. In essence, this must be done in writing and delivered to our offices no later than the last day of the month preceding the move out month.
