  • Rental Property Lawn Maintenance

    This is a ONE TIME FEE for ONE MONTH OF SERVICE  at the property.  The team will mow and edge the lawn.  We will ensure that the property is maintained properly and does not violate and city codes for being unkept.  This service does not include any tree or shrub maintenance.

  • Photos and Site Report   $100

    We get out to the property and shoot photos and video of a property you are considering to purchase as an investment.  This service includes as many as 50 photos of the property and a report of possible items of concern.  While this is not an inspection of the property it is a great tool in assessing your potential income from your investment.  Perfect for the out of state buyer that needs to know what you are buying before you close.

  • Lock Down   $750

    Our team of professionals get to your property and lock down all access points to the home.  This is particularly useful in the Detroit Metro area where vacant home break ins are very prevalent.  We install custom cut boarding over all windows and doors with commercial steel locks and lock boxes.

  • Full Home Inspection   $400

    Our licensed professionals will do a complete home inspection.  Our team gets to the property and performs a top to bottom professional inspection of the home.  This is essential when calculating the homes condition and rehabilitation costs BEFORE YOU BUY

  • Broker Price Opinion/BPO   $125

    Order a comprehensive market analysis of a property by one of our licensed real estate professionals.  This report is an in depth analysis used by real estate agents to place a current market value on a property.  Very important for the out of state buyer that needs to know they are getting the best deal available

  • Home Appraisal    $375

    A Michigan licensed appraiser will perform a complete home appraisal.  This is the same report that is ordered by a bank or mortgage company when preparing a mortgage on a property.

    • $350.00

  • Property Clean Up  $250

    Our team will clean out the exterior property.  We remove all debris around the entire home.  We cut down the grass and remove all trash.  This service can be scheduled and completed within 48 hours.  Great for preparing your rental property
